Life can put added stressors on our bodies and it is essential to find something that brings your stress down. My recommendations for lowering stress are to: - go hang out with your best friend, just have a girl/guy day and take a break from life. - go for a walk around your neighborhood and take a moment to take in the scenery. - read your a really captivating book or watching your favorite tv show. - Dance it out! Put on your favorite songs and dance like nobody is watching. Anything that makes you feel alive and happy whatever that could be! . . . #estheticianstudent #estheticiantips
